The golden thread of my approach is an appreciation that a thriving organisation is underpinned by positive employee engagement. When people feel valued and engaged, they feel empowered to do great work.
The data is clear, CIPD research supported by numerous other studies, consistently demonstrates that organisations prioritising employee engagement can experience up to 21% increase in profitability, higher productivity and lower absenteeism and turnover.

I’m Helen Bowyer, a qualified and highly experienced HR professional and over the past three decades I have built, contributed to, and led HR teams across a wide range of industry sectors, from multi-national organisations to SMEs.
This multi-sector experience encompasses everything from biotech and aviation to digital agencies, publishing and education.
I have now consolidated this wealth of knowledge and experience to help smaller organisations and SMEs attract, develop, and retain top talent; providing flexible, tailored HR services and solutions.
I fully understand that every organisation is unique, with its own goals and culture, but, without exception, they all share one key element – their people.
My genuine interest in helping businesses succeed through their people is born of my natural curiosity and a drive to challenge myself and the expectations of others in me. My personal life is defined by the challenges I set – from triathlons and marathon running (including pace-making for the Virgin London Marathon), to yoga, wild swimming and the mind-opening joy of travel.
